Therese is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor with several years experience with various styles of fitness. In the past year she has taught a range of formats from barbell training, TRX suspension training, low impact, HIIT, and BootCamp. Her area of expertise is in strength training. Therese will be teaching on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am. Her class is going to be a fusion of strength, step cardio, high intensity interval training, circuit style, and bodyweight workouts.
